Kid's Klub
2nd & 4th Sundays of the Month – 5:30 to 7:00 p.m.
For children from 2nd grade through 5th grade, we meet for a shared supper at 5:30 and then break into our separate group. We do Bible studies; work on craft projects and most importantly HAVE FUN! We have fun meetings where we will go Ice Skating or bowling and such. We help out with the Easter Morning Pancake Breakfast also. Come and join in the fun!
MYGroup

MYGroup stands for Methodist Youth Group and is for youth from 6th grade to 12th grade. We meet for a shared supper at 5:30 and then break into our separate group. We do Bible studies, work in the Interfaith Food Pantry, and sometimes we plan Worship services that we lead. We have fun meetings where we go Ice Skating, Bowling, Swimming and such. We help out with the Easter Morning Pancake Breakfast which is a fund raiser for funds for us to do things such as the Rocky Mountain Conference Youth Quest retreat every year. Come and join in the fun!
The Village Business
3rd Saturday of the Month – 6:15 to 7:30 pm
The Village People who run the Village Business meet for an hour during Family Fun Night. Who are the village People? They are the youth and kids of Deer Park who run the Village Business. The Village People sell arts and crafts from around the world that are handmade by women entrepreneurs in Third World countries. If you are at least 9 years of age and want to learn about marketing, sales, advertising, inventory, profit and loss, and everything else that goes into running a successful business, come to our meetings and join in the Village Business.
Vacation Bible School
June 7th to June 11th 2010
Every year we have a weeklong Vacation Bible School. Our themes vary each year, we have had a Hot Air Balloon theme where the kids Soared to New Height with God, a Beach Party theme where we Surfed through the Scriptures and an extreme Camp Adventure theme where we Experienced & Discovered God Everywhere. In 2010 our VBS will be held the week of June 7th to June 11th and we will be journeying to outer space with our GALACTIC BLAST: A COSMIC ADVENTURE PRAISING GOD! VBS is for children age 3 through those entering the fifth grade in the fall. Our older youth (those entering 6th grade and up) help with all aspects of VBS. The Sunday following the end of VBS is our special Sunday to celebrate Vacation Bible School. The kids will share some of the things that they learned and worked on during VBS. Everyone is Welcome!
